Download. I have created my first module which manually adds subscribers to lm_paypal subscription module, ie if the admin needs to add subscribers to the lm_paypal subscription they can do so using the module.
It is not an ideal solution for beginners but is useful who people who know what they are doing.

I had used this on my drupal site in page.tpl file
I wanted a flashy scrollpane for the content on my drupal site.
I have drupal 5 where the scrollpane module is not available and I needed lightbox2 which required jquery_update module. Now the jscrollpane script clashed with compat.js of jquery_update module. So the solution for that is to download jscrollpane module for drupal 6. Take the jscrollpane.js file from this module and place it in your theme file.
To enable the jscrollpane use the following guidelines. I have implemented it manually.
In the page.tpl add the following css and javascript in the head:

took me atleast 20 mins to figure it out.
I had installed tweetmeme on my drupal website, it was working great on the content type ‘page’ but not on my customized content types like news and blog.
I spend hours finding the solution, going through all the complicated scenarios, cursing drupal, hating life etc and then as usual the solution was very easy and it hit in a second showing me the light in the dark tunnel and i declare my love for drupal again. Ok ok enough of gibberish the solution is mentioned below.
Contemplate was the answer. I had used contemplate for theming purposes, but after tweetmeme we have to add
<?php print $node->content['tweetmeme']['#value'] ?>
in the contemplate box.
Then make sure the website is not in maintenance mode, and voila you can see the beautiful green box saying ‘retweet’
Go to – admin – input formats
click configure next to “filtered html”
disable HTML filter
Thanks for this, I may use your solution (the problem is lm_paypal assumes that a user ID exists, and can be assigned a ’subscriber’ role but if no user ID exists, that won’t work!) I’m not sure if your module is doing this or is just adding the role to a user for testing purposes, but thanks.
You have to first add the user using the registration form then you can use this module to add the lm_paypal subscription. You have to even given the user the designated role manually from the admin->user->user page.
This is the only way I could play around with lm_paypal to synchronize the users listing on my website. Otherwise it was a mess keeping track of users who had bought membership through lm_paypal and the ones i had added manually.

It is a complicated one and a very customized solution.
